Simply, use a ruler in millimeters (mL) to get the measurements of your facial features by following these steps:
Frame Width : Measure the vertical front of the tire (from the farthest edge of the tire to both sides) 40mm-62mm approx.
Bridge: The distance between the lenses (the part above the bridge of the nose) is approximately 14mm-24mm
Arm: the length of the arm of the glasses (which is the arm that you put over the ears) 120mm-150mm approx.
